Hey Sharks! Few things that we talked about in school today. Read along!

I won't be here Thursday - Saturday, so hopefully my gr8 friend, Ame, will go and do it!

Student government runnings are extended to Friday at 11:59. NO MORE FOR PRESIDENT! 2 more for VP, 4 for secretary, and 5 for historian. If you scroll down or look in archives, there is more info on the functions. BTW YOU DO NOT HAVE TO DO NOMINATIONS!

We will be having a camping extravaganza! I will be making a spring dance / formal later on. Please stop pcing me when prom will be... Prom is in May or June! At the end of the school year! The camping is first come first serve, and it will most likely be Friday, May 6th. I will be selling keys 50 beex each, the price will increase every three days. I had 300 keys and I only have 167 left. You can buy the keys in the main hallway.

After the VP is elected, we will be doing tryouts with sports! If you read the roles and functions on student government, the VP is in charge of sports!

Hey Sharks! What's up?! I can't answer that, but read the last post for student government info! This post is about... DORMS!!! I am making more dorms as I type, I have 6 female so far and 2 male, I plan on making 2 more male and 4 more female. Then, there is the paradise dorm. That is a contest, soon to be announced. Anyway, here is dorm info! :::

To get a dorm, you will have to complete the Swift High dorm quiz. The first 15 people to pass choose the dorm they want to be head of. The dorm quiz will be on Friday, or after I finish the other dorms. I will be doing dorm tours at the end of each day of Swift High. I am considering Student Council Dorms so that the student gov can get a little 'advantage.' I might be making Honors Dorms, but I might have to redo the Honors quiz. ALSO, the dorm quiz will be about Swift High facts, so I will go over most of the stuff. Some stuff, you'll have to guess. : )

PLEASE NOTE:

The dorm heads can choose whom they want in their dorm, but they CANNOT decline you because you did not give them anything, their religion, etc. Dorm heads may choose from the way people act, or more. Also, do not flaunt that you have control of a blog or more, I will personally choose someone. I will report more soon, so thank you!

Hey Sharks! My apologizes for no school today, I was jam packed busy and as I type, I am doing homework! You must message the account "SwiftHigh" why you think you would be a good candidate for each role. ALSO, DON'T FORGET NOMINATIONS FOR OTHER CATEGORIES! You don't have to message a nomination for the category you're going for. Anyway, I will go over everything about student government.

THE ROLES AND FUNCTIONS INCLUDE:

Student Body President: serve as the primary spokesperson for the representatives from the Student Government and the student body, they shall maintain a close relationship with all of the student gov. and with the rest of the students. During student gov meeting (might be through message because of schedules,) the President shall only vote in occurrence of a tie, they will bring up the topics to speak about and have the power to cal emergency meetings. The president MUST work closely with me at all times, as well as being on a lot.
Student Body Vice President: The VP shall fulfill the duties of the President in the absence of the President, assist the President in the executions of their duties and become the President in the absence or removal of the President. The VP is responsible for student organizations/clubs, sports, and dorms. During meetings, the Vice President will have one vote unless assuming the powers of the President. They do not have power to make emergency meetings (unless acting upon president.) They must work closely with me, as well, and must be on a lot. They will share their findings at meetings.
Student Body Secretary: The Secretary shall be the primary administrative person. They must be incredibly organized and maintain a permanent record for each meeting, keep records of what each student gov person does, and do surveys. Meaning surveys, they will have primary access to the blog. They will also sponsor events and plan field trips / think of ways to raise money. They will have one vote during meetings and will conduct/start the meetings, as well as share their findings.
Student Body Historian: The historian is responsible for making sure that Student Government develops a strong historical foundation for the organization. They will record, photograph, and archive important records to develop this foundation. They must be on often and attend ALL Swift High events to take pictures.

Hey Sharks! READ ALL OF THIS! WOOOOO! I would like to same usernames of donators, they include: Sportygirlsosu, Alysesa, LittleCupquake, and Daisy13. Ame (Sportygirlsosu) donated a whopping 21k! Tomorrow, we will be doing baseball as our sport and I have news... Student government! If you would like to apply, please message the account "SwiftHigh" on WW and explain why you would like to run. The office is: President (you must be on like all the time,) Vice-President (must be on often,) secretary (must be very organized and on a lot,) and historian (which has to be on basically every Swift High occurence.) Also, I will announce 5 people from each category of whom I liked the best to narrow it down, each person needs 3 people to nominate them. I will explain more as the process goes on! Last announcement: DORMS! To decide for dorms, I made a Swift High quiz and the people who pass if first get to choose which Dorm they are in charge of. NOTE: YOU CANNOT TELL SOMEONE THEY CAN'T BE IN YOUR DORM BECAUSE OF RICHNESS, RELIGION, ETC! The dorms are still in the making, so far 6 girl dorms and 2 boy dorms. The paradise dorm will be a surprise choosing!
